Graduate Based in Fareham, near Portsmouth If you are a graduate or graduating in 2020 and have a confident, enthusiastic and competitive personality, a career as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant with Blueprint Recruitment could be a really good choice for you. We are looking for an additional graduate to join our existing team at our offices in Fareham, close to Portsmouth. You will be trained in all aspects of recruitment consultancy and will be working in a team of thirty graduates on the Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham. You won't need any previous experience to apply for these roles. We will provide you with full recruitment training and mentoring and you will have excellent potential to progress your career. You will also be working in a friendly team-based environment with like-minded individuals . We are looking for individuals who are excellent on the telephone and have a good work ethic and an enthusiastic personality. You should be competitive, ambitious and determined to succeed. You will be paid a good basic salary and will also earn commission and bonuses, so you will soon build up an impressive income.
