Overview
The Client One of the world's leading beauty brands, that believes in individuality and inclusivity. It's fun, vibrant and fast-paced and is operating within one of the UK's leading luxury department stores. The Role Reporting to the District Manager, you will be driving this flagship business strategically. You will have a team of managers reporting to you enabling you to drive your business through your people. With a strong leadership team and a large number of sales associates, your role is to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, define a commercial and service-led strategy to improve retail standards and sales. You will essentially be operating at Area Management level and your next natural step following this role would be to progress internally into an area role. The Person The client is ideally looking for a fashion retailer that has experience of managing managers, either within a large flagship store or in an area role. You will have strong emotional intelligence, resilience and proven examples of delivering strong commercial results within your work.
