Position: Head of Property Management Location: Oxford Package: Circa £35k Basic Benefits The Role : An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a lovely independent agent as their Head of Property Management. You will be overseeing a small team, ensuring the portfolio is fully compliant and work is distributed appropriately. You will be cool under pressure and have in depth knowledge of all areas of property management as well as lettings legislation. This is a very important role for my clients and as such they are looking for someone at the top of their game. Requirements : Previous experience workings as a property manager. Technical property management knowledge. Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail. ARLA Qualifications preferred Understanding of Property Management Legislation Full UK driving license and use of own car.
