Inside Sales Executive (Part Time, and Full Time positions are available) - Chester Salary: 17K (OTE 23K) Uncapped The Company Our client have been letting holiday cottages for over 25 years and in that time, our business has moved from the kitchen table to become the UK’s leading independent agency The Role Our client needs people to take calls from customers who then want to book a holiday, Incoming leads top put to have the selling technique to sell the customers in. Very confident on the phone. They need to see B2C sales experience and strong personalities. Call bound or f2f sales. You will be responsible for finding customers their perfect holiday with every contact, sharing your great experiences and giving excellent service to our customers and using your skills to recommend products to enhance their holiday. Candidates must have previous experience working (and exceeding) sales targets and call centre experience Essential Skills & Requirements Previous experience within a call centre environment and a strong track record of working successfully to sales targets. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to quickly build a rapport with a new customer, as well as good negotiation skills. You will also be IT literate, and be prepared to recognise and suggest improvement areas for the business. Previous travel experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential. To succeed in the role, you will be motivated and results driven with an ability to work under pressure. You will be customer-orientated and an excellent team player.
