Overview
Project Support Officer Chester £19.69 per hour (Inside IR35) A Project Support Officer is required for our public sector client based in Chester. The successful candidate will be covering the following- The preparation and delivery of training (remote) initially in O365 including collaboration tools - Teams The preparation and dissemination of user guides, videos, webinars etc. as required The provision of 2nd line support to users across both councils To work alongside technical delivery teams, service managers and customers to ensure effective adoption and change management is undertaken in relation to the deployment of new technologies To support the organisation in delivering business change projects to fully exploit the new technologies and achieve tangible business benefits
