You will join Guider’s management team. You will have most likely been a Head of Product/Director/CPO at a previous startup and you will be reporting directly to the CEO. In a nutshell, at this stage the role is extremely varied: Some of the duties of the role include defining the long term product strategy and managing the product roadmap. As part of the product long term strategy, you will work with the management team to identify adjacent markets to explore. Other duties include managing client/customer onboarding, working closely with the technical team, the CTO, as well as the sales, marketing and customer success team. In all, this will be a highly rewarding role as you will be getting exposure to the entire business spectrum, not just limited to product management, but also operations, hiring and even future fundraising, if that floats your boat   About you. 5 years min experience in Product Management. Experience in helping a startup grow and/or scale. A network in tech and design teams. Great understanding or experience within software engineering. An outstanding communicator, with great written skills. You can speak the language of engineering and also sales Entrepreneurial and proactive - set your own KPIs/OKRs A storyteller, ability to make complex ideas become simple, yet also be a big picture thinker. Data driven, naturally curious… obvs    Nice to have. Commercially minded.  Ideally worked for a b2b SaaS startup, ideally which has successfully scaled and is in our industry (HR/Talent/L&D) Experience in Product Design, we would consider those applicants if they were previously a UI/Product Designer.  Fundraising experience - you will exposure to our next fundraising round, possibly attend meetings.
