Sales Support Assistant (Lead Generation) – Sales experience needed £10 per hour commission on converted leads Norwich, Norfolk Part-time office based, 9am – 1pm Monday to Thursday We are currently looking for an organised and friendly individual with experience in Sales, particularly Media Sales , to join our team as a Sales Support Assistant, aiding the sales team by generating leads. Positive Media Marketing is a long established ‘Poster Advertising Company’ that has recently relocated into the heart of Norwich. We are passionate and honest about the expertise and products we provide. Our small dedicated team have spent years ensuring our clients get the most from their advertising campaigns. Role responsibilities for the Sales Support Assistant (Lead Generation) Provide sales support (researching and gaining good phoning material for our sales team) Email and call prospective advertisers Gather a database for the sales team Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Chase clients for artwork, handling poster dispatch, liaising with poster displayers Credit control Update systems Requirements for the Sales Support Assistant (Lead Generation) A confident communicator via telephone and email Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an sales/media office environment Strong organisational and time management skills Experience of using and maintaining databases Familiar with Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, Excel, Word) Able to prioritise your workload Other Working within a small team Car parking space Free tea and coffee
