One of South West London’s most popular, award-winning Estate Agencies, are now recruiting for a Junior Lettings Negotiator position for their successful South West London offices. Job Description: You will negotiate the let of residential properties by proactively calling, qualifying and ultimately negotiating with potential tenants as they enquire and will ensure to deliver a world class service to vendors by delivering the best results possible. Package Includes: 15k Basic Salary Guarantee for your first 3 months Realistic up to £45k - £50k OTE Company car & iPhone You must ideally meet the following requirements: Knowledge of the lettings market (desirable). Degree educated (desirable, not essential). Proven customer service skills. Excellent time management. Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships. Enthusiasm and drive. Self-motivated with willingness to learn. Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
