Overview
We are looking for a graduate who is keen to develop a career within recruitment. This is an entry level role following up Inbound Leads and turning these into Sales Leads by setting appointments for Consultants. The role: As soon as a new inbound lead drops into the system you follow it up by a phone call. Make a consultative sales call Establish the issues the prospect faces and then suggesting a FL service that may help the prospect Set an appointment with the most relevant consultant to follow up Approach inbound leads by email when unable to contact via phone Update and maintenance of systems In order to be considered for this role you must have: A degree within a business, economics or legal focused area or a different subject but with an interest in this area 6 - 12 months telesales experience Excellent phone manner - professional and articulate A consultative approach - able to quickly establish the client’s needs and recommend the right service This role is a great role which could open up a career within many areas within recruitment including Consulting Sales, Talent Sales, Marketing and Talent Delivery We are a regulatory compliance and operational risk management consultancy blending consulting, change and talent services to provide clients with the expertise to identify, reduce and manage risks.
