Do you have experience in managing a sales team in a B2B environment within the travel industry? My client who are a successful, fast growing travel company based in Cheshire are looking for a results orientated sales manager to develop and mentor an already excellent team of Partnership Managers. You will be customer centric and know what it means to provide top-quality service having made a career out of building solid relationships whilst capitalising on revenue opportunities. Passing on your knowledge and expertise you will guide your team to ultimate success For you hard work you will be rewarded with an attractive salary along with an array of benefits including company bonus scheme, flexible holiday policy, onsite gym and a comprehensive health and well-being programme my clients aim is to be the employer of choice What you'll be doing: - Develop and manage your team t o identify high growth and high potential opportunities with their specific accounts - Support your team in reaching targets, helping to motivate and encourage an innovative approach to achieve personal and business goals - Take responsibility for the day to day running of your team ensuring they get your full support as a top priority - Identify key areas of opportunity for growth and feedback to the business where an enhanced offering can be added to the market - Manage account contract renegotiation's - Manage and implement personal development plans and team one to ones Your Experience: We are looking for an energetic and motivational Sales Manager who has experience of managing a sales team in a B2B environment. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of sales and delivering to portfolio growth targets. Strong coaching and mentoring skills are a must What's in it for you?
