Store Manager, Hitchin, Hertfordshire NEW BOUTIQUE OPENING LUXURY PRODUCT - ESTABLISHED BRAND WITH LOTS OF HERITAGE We are currently seeking a pro-active, results driven Store Manager for a luxury boutique due to open soon in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. If you thrive on inspiring a small team to deliver collective targets and provide world-class service then we'd love to speak to you THE ROLE The Store Manager is responsible for the stores overall commercial success. You will be responsible for managing a small store team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation. You will be expected to have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, so enjoying this boutique environment is vital. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader who will confidentially coach their team of to provide an unforgettable in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading brand or luxury retailer is preferred.
