Retail Store Warehouse Manager

Our client is looking for Retail Store Warehouse Manager:

Oversees the efficient operation of retail store warehouse, managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of food products.Supervising a team, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring proper product handling, and complying with food safety regulations.Optimizing space utilization and productivity to meet customer demand.Key responsibilities include receiving deliveries, managing stock rotation, coordinating outbound shipments.Maintaining a safe working environment within the warehouse.Performs related duties as required.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Five (5) year’s experience managing a warehouse operation in the grocery retail industry.Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field required. Eight (8) years of related job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Proficiency in inventory control systems and best practices.Understanding of WMS software and ability to utilize its features.Knowledge of food safety regulations and handling procedures.Excellent communication skills to interact with management.Ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.Must be able to reside in remote work location with limited medical facilities.Valid U.S. passport will be required.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift operation experience, preferred.
