This is a product focused brand with lots of exciting launches, with a big community following; you will share a passion for the latest trainers and product knowledge… As a successful assistant manager, you will; Have a motivating leadership style to ensure that your team perform to their best and provide outstanding customer service. Have the ability to create an exciting and inspiring environment for customers and team, using your visual merchandising skills and commercial awareness. A natural flair, for customer experience, in a fast paced product environment. Ensure store standards are maintained and floor layout meets the company guidelines and wow the customer Experienced, when managing performance and HR scenarios, to support the store manager. A direct report and support to the selling team Able to build relationships to support all areas of the business and lead high profile store visits Commercially driving sales and reviewing result, establishing store specialist to maximise every opportunity.
