You will take responsibility for P and L and strive to achieve growth year on year. Ambition and drive to improve the business generally is a must. ESSENTIALS In this face paced niche environment we are looking for someone with proven success in multi-site management. Owing to the high calibre and technical expertise of our workforce we require a university graduate. Weekly travel to hubs in Europe is an essential in keeping up standards and turning round underperforming sites. You formed your early career in a manufacturing / electronics environment and preferable have been involved with growing a business from start - up and therefore able to lead all functions including sales, production and Security. You are able to leverage existing resources and stimulate and manage high growth. Some involvement in sales and marketing would be beneficial.
