Overview
Internal Sales Manager - Financial Services North Yorkshire £40k-£45k plus bonus & benefits. Our client is a specialist provider of financial services to the automotive sector, providing niche funding to customers purchasing specialist vehicles. They are currently looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join their UK head office team in North Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities Support senior sales management in the day to day running of the internal sales team Manage, mentor and coach the internal account managers to achieve their sales targets and KPI’s Lead the sales team with passion and energy to drive a high performing culture Ensure the sales team comply with company and FCA policies and procedures Conduct monthly 1-2-1 with the team, identifying areas requiring training or improvement and implement appropriate action plans Drive performance through coaching, feedback and ongoing development Complete call monitoring sessions Key stakeholder management The successful candidate will have experience of managing and developing an internal sales team, ideally with an understanding of the automotive finance sector, or the wider financial services/insurance space. You will be a self starter, have excellent communication and coaching skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
