Internal Sales Executives needed for office based role in Watton, Norfolk. Our client, located in Watton in Norfolk, is rapidly expanding across the UK, and is looking for office based Sales Executives to join them on their exciting journey. The Internal Sales Executive (ISE) is responsible for the overall performance of selling to the SME Market in designated territories of the UK. You would develop and maintain key client relationships and support the acquisition of Large Value Opportunities (LVOs) within the region. Key responsibilities will as the Internal Sales Executive will include: Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects and supporting the acquisition of LVOs Exercising a pro-active approach to client care at all times Assisting in the development of the business plans for the region including long term strategies and business direction Identifying the market potential of each geographical location in the region Evaluating and defining the longer-term potential for the region including customer base, competition, required investments etc. Leading and executing initiatives that will ensure performance for the region Developing and executing strategies and plans that support new products and services within the region Maintaining external contacts through attendance at seminars and conferences Providing updates to UK Sales Manager What we’re looking for in Internal Sales Executives: Demonstrable experience in a busy sales based role Degree or College Diploma in a Business related subject is preferable Business focused, strategic thinker with experience of driving accelerated revenue growth Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and the ability to forge lasting business relationships Proven focus and drive on achieving and surpassing goals and targets Ambition to succeed and be part of an evolving and expanding company Ability to develop and successfully execute business plans and budgets Experienced in using CRM software and IT literate (MS Office) Available to travel (10%) Leadership qualities/experience would be beneficial What’s on offer?
