We are looking to recruit 2 Telephone Lead Generators for our favourite client in Sheffield City centre, and they can offer a package like no other. If you work in a telephone sales / customer service at the moment you need to read this This role will take you away from the target heavy, KPI daily grind. No more working shifts, evenings, or weekends. Forget the management changing the bonus scheme…again. The weekly churn of new staff and people leaving will be a thing of the past. This company are one of the world’s largest insurance companies, and their Business Centre is here in Sheffield, and as part of the expansion plans for 2020 would like to bring on board 2 new lucky people to join the team. You will be responsible for relationship building with around 800 business accounts, fact finding, staying in touch, and when the time is right for them to look at changing their supplier you will be the one to close them. You will need outbound calling experience, patience, good IT skills, and be a great communicator. You’ll get a generous basic salary and bonuses, which fly in from all angles such is the way they have worked it - it would be impossible not to make a bundle of cash which is why everyone here does - you will not earn less than £30k.
