These are brand new roles, which are the result of further growth within this household brand, whose business centre is based on the bustling West Street in Sheffield centre. It offers a unique chance for a telephone sales professional or someone looking to break into the industry to not only further their career with a genuine business success story, but pretty much double their earning potentials to a realistic figure of £35k too. If you are working in a sales role, whether on the phones or retail and are looking for office hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm) with huge potential then this is definitely one for you You will be joining a company who specialise in the consumer marketplace, with a product that is more and more in demand. The people you will contact will have recently made an internet inquiry on the product and will need calling and their interest established again. Once you have asked the relevant questions, you will pass the lead through to the consultants who by closing the sale will ensure you receive your commission You will need good communication skills, of course and pace - the more people you can get through to who have been online with an enquiry, the more qualified leads you can pass though, the more money you will make. With this role, you will receive a superb basic salary, reviewed regularly - in terms of career progression it is expected you will be aiming to become a consultant with the hefty salary (over £70k) this brings with it. Amazing hours, early leave Friday, generous holiday allowance and other incentives. This is a bustling, friendly successful sales office (not call centre) and one that offers full training and support and direction daily from your manager and colleagues. It is expected you will have experience of working in a sales environment, and now be ready for the next step up, both professionally and financially. You will be a quick worker and a great communicator who can quickly engage with people and get the information you need. Interviews for these roles will be throughout March and April, with an ASAP start in mind, and will in turn ensure you get 2020 off the best possible career start.
