Position: Senior Business Development Manager Salary: £50k - £55k basic (depending on experience) plus £100k OTE My client a Gwent based Cloud Based MSP have engaged with Lucid Recruitment to source a Senior Business Development Manager The ideal candidate for this role will have: MUST HAVE at least 5 years’ New Business Experience selling into Cloud Tech IT - NOT CHANNEL SALES CANDIDATES WITH MSP SALES EXPERIENCE ARE DESIRED The role is a hybrid sales role, 30% account management and 70% new business development and the target audience the successful candidate would sell into is Chief Executive Officer level. Required experience: Direct Sales Minimum 5 Years. Evidence of new business acquisition. Proven record of achieving sales quota Experience of MSP and Cloud - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Be able to sell to IT Director/Manager and functional heads of departments Be trained and familiar with at least 1 recognised sales methodology such as TAS, SPIN etc. Driving license Desired experience: AWS, Azure accreditations Vendor experience such as Dell, SoftCat The candidates will be expected to work from the Gwent based office when not with clients. This role offers an attractive salary of: £50k - £55k per annum (DOE) You should expect to double your salary in commission. My client will ask that the successful candidate proves their last 2 years’ earnings as proof of their sales potential.
