SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - BARNET - UP TO £20K BASIC DOE WITH UP TO £65K OTE Our client is a professional, well established independent Estate Agent in Barnet. They are looking to employ a Senior Sales Negotiator, who will occasionally be expected to help out with some Lettings viewings; however this a predominantly sales based role. They offer a friendly and professional environment to work in and have a fantastic reputation in the local area. You will need to be , enthusiastic, driven and want to be recognised for your hard work. BASIC SALARY £20K UP TO £65K OTE Key Skills: Excellent written and communication skills The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own Great at selling Able to progress pipeline Strong organisational skills Happy to take the initiative Confident in dealing with clients At least 2 year's experience as a Negotiator in either sales or Lettings, or both Good telephone manner Full UK clean driving licence Good negotiation skills The role will also involve: Dealing with enquiries Booking appointments progressing pipeline/sales chasing Carrying out viewings Making calls to applicants & vendors Grabbing at every opportunity Booking market appraisals Dealing with sales & some lettings viewings General office administration.
