Sales Negotiator The role will involve working closely with new buyers in the market and carrying out viewings on listed properties, alongside this you will handle offers and also have some involvement with the sales progression. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for a career with in the property industry. This role requires an ambitious and confident negotiator to join the team, the role requires a high level of viewings, negotiating offers and giving feedback to vendors. Sales Negotiator - Main Duties Generating and conduct viewings on listed properties. Able to build relationships with both buyers and vendors. Good knowledge of the local and surrounding areas. Working towards targets. Negotiating offers with vendors and buyers. The Ideal Sales Negotiator Candidate. First class customer service. Capable and confident individual. Ability to build new relationships with new and existing clients. Enjoy working towards targets. Sales Negotiator - Package. £18k-£19k OTE £25K Own car required - business mileage paid. 25 Days holiday bank holidays. Monday - Friday 9am-6pm with alternate Saturdays with a day in lieu.
