Overview
Responsible for an Internal Sales Team activity , managing a team of 10 and together you will manage existing businesses with new business development activity to ensure both the customers and business needs are met. Through leadership, development and motivation you will ensure the team deliver and maintain KPI's including revenue targets, retention and growth. You need to have previous Internal / Sales manager experience, and have the ability and personality to drive a team to deliver high standards and achieve targets. You need to have experience of implementing a sales process, improve and embed new ways of working, design and deliver and Internal training programme to strengthen the departments technical knowledge and competence in providing the best customer solution. Lead by example, setting the tone, focus on communication to ensure team is heard,informed and supported throughout. You need to have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, hands on sales managerial experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
