Overview

Hywel Anthony Estate Agency are an independent, professional and approachable local estate agency based in Talbot Green. Following a period of sustained growth, we are seeking to recruit an outstanding individual to join our team as a Sales Negotiator / Progressor. The roles will include the following tasks: Arrange and undertake property viewings occasionally. Photograph and draw floor plans for new properties coming to market. Organise post sale progression of properties. Uploading properties onto property portals. Assist with pro-active marketing campaigns. Undertake various administration tasks. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and attributes: Experience taking pictures, drawing floor plans and presenting a property. Good knowledge of IT applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and use of Estate Agency Back Office software. Full Clean Driving Licence and own vehicle. Enthusiastic and a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your time efficiently and effectively. Sound knowledge of the local property market. In return we offer: A part time permanent position, 12pm to 5-30pm Monday to Friday at our Talbot Green office. A competitive salary and commission.
