Experienced Recruitment Consultant My client is a successful and expanding IT Recruitment Consultancy based in London Bridge, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their leading team. Attributes required such as highly motivated, ambitious and target driven, you will have the skills and experience to identify, open and develop new business opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment. This opportunity offers an attractive salary dependent on experience with uncapped commission. You will have 1 years of recruitment experience ideally within the IT arena, although training and support are available. Strong telephone and face-to-face sales and negotiating skills. History of achieving personal sales targets You will be responsible for developing business relationships with both candidates and clients. £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary based on relevant industry experience plus uncapped commission and remote working.
