Overview
English Speaking Customer Success Manager is required by a global IT sales company for an exciting, new initiative in central London. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement from opportunity to increasing usage and position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences Experience / Skills Preferred A background in outbound calling i.e. Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Partner Sales, Relationship Management etc. is preferred. Knowledge or understanding of products and services such as Cloud, Microsoft Products or Software is advantageous. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone and email on a daily basis, regarding IT-related products. Ability to identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential opportunity. Have a general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn about individual systems and products quickly and accurately. Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients and co-workers. Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision. This is an exciting opportunity as you will join as part of Microsoft campaign.
