OneSavings Bank acquired Charter Court Financial Services Group Plc (CCFS) and its subsidiary businesses on 4 October 2019. Are you a Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you possess a deep routed knowledge of the mortgage market? Can you demonstrate excellent customer relationship building skills? Fancy a home based role covering some Central London, and London North East postcodes? Having knowledge of the mortgage market, including the clubs, networks and brokers who trade in this market alongside knowledge of product and the regulatory framework, your position will also include: Implementing the business development strategy within the BDM area Working with mortgage intermediaries to increase awareness of the product range Growing the mortgage volumes within the BDM area Maximise bridging, mortgage and secured loan sales from introducer base by building relationships Advising on all stages of the mortgage, second charge and bridging process from referral through to completion This position requires you to hold the following key skills: Ability to interact with people at all levels Excellent influencing and negotiating skills Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge of FCA requirement and the regulatory framework Proven ability to achieve targets You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organisational and time management skills in order to manage business expectations. You will be resilient, tactful and professional when dealing with confidential issues. A minimum of GCSE Mathematics and English Grade A-C or equivalent is an essential requirement of this role. Due to travel, this role requires you to hold a full Drivers Licence.
