Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Telesales Executive. Based out of our client’s office in Central London, the role of the telesales executive is to deliver against sales objectives by outbound new business development, working through assigned leads and building a sales pipeline. Salary: ca£30-40k base (depending on experience) commission (£65-70k OTE) & Benefits Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, key responsibilities will include: Deliver monthly prospecting targets through cold calling Access decision makers through cold calling, quickly and professionally qualify the prospect Build rapport with provided prospects, qualify and place into a deal pipeline at the appropriate level Understand the product to promote the pitch and sale of the appropriate service level dependent on the client Deliver monthly sales targets Additional Activities Act as the conduit for discussion with Product Development on the provision of client feedback Liaison with Community Management & Client Success Manager to set up accounts, initiate relationships and shape/drive client management with new clients Deliver, as required, a live, professional product demonstration to showcase the product to prospects Maintain CRM system (currently Agile) and use to deliver the required prospects into the pipeline Support colleagues to build best practice processed in onboarding and Account Management Support the Client Success Manager in the delivery of business renewal, as appropriate Skills & Experience Considerable experience of outbound new business lead generation Experience of selling in the Software and/or technology sector Proven ability to maintain a CRM system in a professional fashion Ability to deliver against monthly sales targets Ability to work individually but as part of a team to deliver on departmental objectives Tenacity and perseverance Strong active listening skills
