Overview
National Business Development Manager (Security Sector) Office Base – Lincolnshire (Home Base Option) Up to £40,000 Basic Salary £55,000 OTE & Car Allowance (£450) A family owned business with a long standing history, over 40 years of service, whom manufacture and distribute specialist products offering security solutions. Offering access control, CCTV, key management, AVI, smart storage and wireless locking product lines. Due to YoY growth in terms of turnover and with an established 10 year growth plan, they are looking to expand their sales, with 2 potentially 3 hires. The business development positions will focus on attaining new clients, alongside retaining existing client relations. You will focus on the industrial sector, targeting manufacturing, government & MOD as industries. Requirements for the role: Knowledge of security systems or security service products is a must. Sold access control, electronic door or architectural ironmongery. Experience in a predominantly new business role (circa 80%), ideally nationally. Worked with both end user and installers on the client side. Bonus if you have installed the products previously.
