Do you have 2/3 years' minimum experience in sales or lettings within a successful Estate Agency? Are you professional and driven individual, with a natural sales ability? The Job Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent Buckhurst Hill, Essex Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm (day off in lieu during the week) £18,000 to £20,000 per annum basic salary, plus business mileage paid for OTE circa £40,000 to £42,000 per annum Full UK driving licence essential The Company Newly established, independent and family run agency Over 25 years combined sales and lettings experience Covers West Essex, including areas such as Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Woodford Green and more Passionate about their local area and giving the best advice to their clients Brand new office and trendy working environment The Role Dealing with sales and lettings sectors Matching properties to applicants Conducting viewings Liaising with vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants Negotiating and closing deals Our clients require a hardworking and enthusiastic individual, who has a proven successful track record in sales and lettings. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet and exceed set targets.
