To meet demand, we are currently seeking an experienced IT Security Sales Manager to drive order growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone who: Can bring relevant industry experience to a growing business and help shape how we move forward Will be a great leader and understands the IT professional services channel Is looking for a flexible role with an option to work remotely As a target driven Sales Manager, you will: Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets Identify, manage and close sales opportunities Develop, nurture and manage key EMEA channel & client relationships Manage prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop a sales pipeline utilising our CRM platform (Salesforce) Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing company accounts Drive the sales process towards building a sales team to support our growing consultancy business The candidate will: Have a strong sales background and ability to recognise and accelerate sales targets to bring on new business and successfully manage accounts Possess 6 years’ experience in a client-facing sales role with at least 3 years on Cyber Security/IT Security Consultancy Demonstrate the ability to formulate and implement sales strategies Understand buying criteria and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility Be a true new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped commission Have leadership potential Have a good technical understanding (IT methodologies, principles and technology) Able to grow, develop and monitor a sales team to reach KPIs Knowledge of Palo Alto/Fortinet/F5 security solutions would be a bonus Benefits of this role: Competitive salary Uncapped commission Flexible working hours Option for remote working Opportunity to be part of a growing company with an opportunity to build a sales team
