Overview

24 SEVEN are working with a niche skincare brand to look as a brand rep to go round to well known boutique stores across London Essential Job Duties Motivate, train and influence all employees by sharing knowledge and coaching. Plan, participate and execute successful in-store events to make budget/goals. On floor daily selling to achieve targets in assigned stores according to Rota Build and maintain store relationships through consistent communication with the store selling teams. Plan and manage time effectively when scheduling store visits to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in driving revenue. Partner with Red Tree agent and store leadership to identify business driving opportunities Qualifications Ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service. Must be willing to demonstrate daily facial protocols from the service menu. Must be independent and self-motivated with responsibility to arrive to stores on time and within the Rota schedule. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Must be flexible and available to work weekends. Retail skincare sales experience preferred, preferably with a luxury skincare line. Position requires travel to assigned stores, lifting boxes, carting supplies into stores. Understanding of travel expenses and to book wisely using company money to travel to stores Be organized with travel expenses, receipts etc to report in for reimbursement. Education and/or Experience: 2 years of retail sales experience in the beauty/luxury experience industry. Proficient in use of email. Able to understand sales reports and tracking achievement to goals. NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification required
