Overview

Sales Executive / Closer Manchester Salary: Approx £22K - £25K basic (realistically with commission you will earn a minimum of £45K in your first year) Monday - Friday (no weekends or bank holidays) An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our client - a highly respected mutual society with a commendable heritage of over 140 years, providing financial products and services including later life care, health insurance and life assurance. The company is growing at a remarkable rate, and to support their growth, are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Closer to join their rapidly expanding team. Just some of the main duties and responsibilites of the role will include: Closing warm leads generated by the sales team - so no cold calling required Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and stakeholders alike Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPI's About you: Ideally experience of selling life assurance, health insurance plans, funeral cover or similar Fun personality - The team are a great bunch of people who work very hard but also have alot of fun so ideally you will be the same and comfortable working in this environment Ability to build rapport with clients, new and existing Good outbound/closing sales experience. Excellent IT skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent communicator both verbally and written Demonstrable experience of working to KPI's and achieving sales targets.
