My client is looking for someone who is willing to "muck-in", remain calm under pressure and with a good sense of humour. In return you will join a team fun team of dedicated Estate Agents who will offer generous bonuses alongside the generous package. Duties: Advertising properties online Assisting management and administrators Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations Canvassing/door-knocking General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input Showing people around properties in the local area Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available Requirements: You must have a full, clean UK licence and a car You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment You will have good interpersonal and people skills You will be well-presented and professional in appearance Excellent communication skills You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile This is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
