Lettings All Rounder - Nottingham - up to £24k basic dependent on experience Commission Are you a Lettings professional looking to join an established independent Lettings and Estate Agent brand? Are you fed up of working alternate Saturdays? Are you looking for an office where customer service is everything and not targets? Then this could be perfect My client is an established independent brand who due to continued growth are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager. This is a varied role and it will involve carrying out viewings, tying up offers, liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis and will also focus on the property management side where you will be carrying out property inspections, dealing with maintenance issues, chasing rent arrears and general lettings administration. Essential Duties: Professionally deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries Booking and attending viewings Matching of applicants to suitable properties Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties Carrying out property inpsections Dealing with maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords Key Skills: ·Lettings experience is ESSENTIAL ·Full UK Licence and car for which mileage is paid ·Computer / IT literate ·Well presented Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
