Our Client, market leaders with an unrivalled reputation across Nottinghamshire are looking for an experienced Property Sales and Lettings Consultant to join one of their Flagship offices. As an experienced Estate Agent you will work closely with a team ensuring successful listing and selling of some of Nottingham’s most beautiful homes. Wollaton / Bramcote. You will possess a progressive attitude and genuine desire to be the best in the marketplace. You will have exceptional market and area knowledge with 100% focus on customer service. Previous experience in Estate Agency, preferably in the Nottingham/ South Notts area. Responsibilities Conducting valuations and bringing new properties onto the market Pro- actively seeking new business Working closely with the team to achieve successful selling of all instructions Progressing and concluding sales Clear communication skills between vendors, buyers and solicitors Ensuring the portfolio is well managed and the vendor/ applicant taken care of General administration and closely working with the team, to ensure targets are met and colleagues supported Key Attributes Experience in Estate Agency Sales negotiation is essential Nottingham/ South Notts experience Knowledge of property legislation and compliance including AML and GDPR Excellent customer service and communication skills, you will be one of the first point of contact for Vendors & Applicants Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Good general education, administration, presentation, numerical ability and PC skills Follow company procedures and processes
