Role: Lettings Negotiator Salary: £21,000 OTE of c£25,000 Location: Nottingham Type: Permanent Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator - Residential- to join a company located in Nottingham on a permanent basis. The Role & Responsibilities of Lettings Negotiator - You will be conducting the viewings for the residential properties so you will be out and about - Negotiating offers between the landlords and tenants - be it face to face or over the phone - Have regular contact with clients - Carry out property inspections - General Lettings Administration - Matching of applicants to suitable properties - Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service Requirements of Lettings Negotiator - Be forward thinking, bring your ideas to the table - You will need excellent communicational skills as you will be dealing with people daily - You will need previous experience in residential lettings - Be sales orientated, entrepreneurial and passionate What will you get in return - Be part of an inspiring business - Progression plan - defined career path - A friendly place to work - Uncapped earning opportunity Type Permanent Working Hours Monday - Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
