Delivery Consultant | Chandlers Ford £35k OTE (competitive starting salary and lucrative commission scheme) Fun, boutique, ambitious, forward thinking, fast growing and consultative; this describes my client perfectly. I am currently supporting my long-standing client with their next key hire. I have been working with this business for over five years and I have a fantastic relationship with the two founding directors, and they have built a truly exceptional, well thought of tech recruitment agency. My client is a small, fast growing technology recruitment agency that provide full training, together with ongoing mentoring from recruitment industry award winning leaders. I have an exciting new role which would be perfect for someone looking to move away from business development and sales. Responsibilities of the Delivery Consultant role include: Reporting into the Head of Delivery and supporting an experienced team of specialist recruiters Taking comprehensive vacancy briefs via the recruiter and by joining the recruiter client calls/meetings Sourcing candidates using the latest tech/social media (LinkedIn Recruiter and SourceBreaker as an example) Placing, tracking and building exceptional relationships with candidates at a mid to senior level Full initial candidate screening and managing the interview process right through to offer negotiations Skills and experience required: You will need to be very well-organised and pro-active as this role requires managing multiple tasks concurrently A natural consultative manner that can build relationships with a range of individuals Self-motivated with a winning attitude 6 months recruitment experience or a strong B2B sales background The benefits on offer include: An extremely lucrative commission scheme which truly rewards Perkbox membership Pension scheme Anniversary days out (they have previously hired a Sunseeker) Quarterly social events and annual Christmas parties Dress down Fridays and early Friday finishes Free parking onsite Office showers ABOUT US Hello My name is Michele and I am the proud owner of Ivory Jacobs.
