This company are a leading provider of services within the automotive industry who are on the lookout for a skilled Account Manager to join their sales team. About The Role: This role is an outbound sales position where you will be working on a desk with warm and prospective leads as well as existing client accounts to maximise sales opportunity and further qualify opportunities that will develop into successful business relationships. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure there is a plan for every group, every site Undertaking outbound sales activity to both new and existing customers in accordance with company to work towards allocated targets Undertaking a range of essential administrative and support activities for new and existing customers Supporting marketing campaigns and drive promotions through call activities Working closely with the Team Leader and wider business to drive sales activity Identifying and take action with underperforming sites by updating CRM Providing Team Leaders with monthly client updates to be submitted to the departments monthly board report Completing scheme quotations accurately and efficiently to fully Completing quarterly Account Development calls to promote the benefits, maximise participation and share marketing information Following all actions from call feedback to drive and promote customer engagement, business development, compliance and regulation Collaborating with all team members enabling the business to manage overall workloads and provide the desired customer centric service Managing invoice, pricing queries effectively, and communicating with appropriate departments to resolve any queries in a timely and effective manner Essential Skills & Experience: Strong, confident communication skills Not afraid to get on the phone Good level and knowledge of basic IT packages Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently Professional Results driven and desire to achieve and go beyond targets Ability to overcome objections Resilience and desire to keep going Experience or knowledge of direct sales, upselling and cross selling Flexible and adaptable approach to work Self-motivated About The Benefits: Private medical insurance Sponsored car scheme Contributory company pension scheme Medicash benefits Death in service insurance Onsite café Free parking To Apply: If this sounds like the Sales role you will LOVE, please send your CV
