ROLE: Systems Trainer JOB TYPE: 9 - 12 month FTC COMPANY TYPE: Premium Healthcare Company HOURS: 9:00am - 17:00pm, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours a week, 30 minutes for lunch) SALARY: £30,000 LOCATION: Cambridge (You will be required to travel, a full UK Driving licence and a reliable car is essential because you will be travelling to various branches to train - fuel expenses are paid) BENEFITS: Private Healthcare, Pension contribution, 22 days Holiday per year plus Bank Holidays and time off between Christmas and New Year (25 days AL in total Bank Holidays), company discounts CULTURE: Friendly, social, professional and down to earth environment Position Summary: OneRetail is an exciting project that will result in the replacement of the appointment management and sales recording/ordering systems across the company. The OneRetail System Specialist (Superuser) will provide education/training and ongoing support to the company sales team. The Superuser will be involved with delivering, implementing and evaluating training events and their materials. They will ensure all sales staff have a thorough knowledge of the OneRetail System and can manage and confidently handle all system interactions. The Superuser will also be the liaison between the sales team and the support teams. The primary objective of the role is delivering training in the new system and providing support during and after implementation. Essential Functions: Represent the OneRetail System and its business group in a professional and positive manner, while maintaining the 'Whatever it takes' approach at all times. Build rapport with customers throughout the sales team. Deliver training and other supporting presentations to field staff via webinar. Conduct classroom style workshops for sales staff (Hearing Aid Dispensers and Branch Coordinators). Evaluate and identify ongoing training requirements. Provide ongoing support during "Go live" and post-implementation according to OneRetail support model. Succeed with other duties and projects as assigned by OneRetail leadership, pertaining to the OneRetail System, its training, implementation and its continued use. Undertake User Acceptance Testing and providing feedback on findings. What will the role involve? A sustained period of training on delivery and system to become fully immersed in the new system. There will be an ongoing period where you familiarise yourself thoroughly with the new system - making sure you can use it as an expert; one way of doing this will be by helping us with testing any new updates to the system This will be followed by a more intense period of being trained to train, gaining a thorough understanding of the training material, delivering the training and then providing support. For the two weeks prior to the system going live "Go Live" you will be instructing groups of 12-15 Hearing Aid Dispensers and Branch Coordinators in how to use the new system This will be followed by a period of high intensity support to the sales teams. Coaching users (1:1 and small group) to make the required behaviour changes in their day to day role to fully integrate OneRetail. You will need to be flexible and this will mean sometimes working outside normal working hours. Predominantly at home or locally based but there is an expectation that you will need to stay away from home at times. Demonstrated skills in analytical - critical thinking and problem solving. Willing and capable of learning and setting personal goals. Versatility and self-discipline to work independently or collaboratively with staff and support services. Punctual and efficient with flexibility in scheduling when necessary. Full UK Driving license. Desirable Knowledge of appointment management and sales recording/ordering systems. Experience of delivering instructional sessions. Has some knowledge and experience of coaching and supporting others. Understanding of hearing aid product/processes or something similar.
