Sales Engineer / Regional Manager - Industrial Controls (Manufacturer) - Central Southern England ( Ideally living in OX, SN, RG, SO, SP, BH or GU postcodes ) c£45,000 - £50,000 Basic plus Excellent Bonuses plus Quality Co Car / Car Allowances Extensive Benefits IT & Telcomms package - Ref: 12,755 This role will be looking after and creating Sales in mainly Industrial End User and OEM sectors. The position will also be a mix of both account management and new business development in a wide range of business and product sectors in the Central Southern Region of England . You will be working with a high quality Manufacturer in the Industrial Controls / Factory Automation sector and an ability to manage accounts thoroughly will be an important part of the job and of the Company culture. To make an application you will require the following: A track record of at least 18 months in Professional Business to Business Sales and ideally some experience - Sales or other - in a technical components / technical products / Factory Automation business sector. An ability to take on board technical information and get fully trained in the product range. A strong educational background - Ideally a Degree or HNC / HND or above would be ideal. Whilst a track record in technical component Sales would be useful and strongly support an application a record in technical / semi technical sales in a range of products or services will be seen as relevant and strongly considered for this exciting role. A record of working from home and managing a relatively large Region will be seen as a positive in this application. You will need to be living in the Central Southern England Region in OX, SN, RG, SO, SP, BH, GU postcodes or near to these. An ability to prepare case studies and conduct sales / business presentations. A track record of engaging with and developing strong working relationships with a range of engineers and decision makers. An ability and an enthusiasm for generating new customers and new business as well as mainly managing and developing existing clients. Ideally a track record of sales or work experience at some stage in your career in the controls sector / sensors / factory automation sector … this is not essential at all however maybe beneficial in your application In return you will have the opportunity of working for a quality and continually expanding Manufacturing Company in this business sector and have the prospects for excellent training and career development.
