Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Senior Property Sales Salary: Up to £40,000 basic commission Location: Central London Sector: Global real estate and property sector with a strong focus on the UK's busy London market The Company One of the pre-eminent UK-owned property companies with a large Chinese department that is focused on bringing investment opportunities to Chinese speaking High Net Worth audiences. This is a global company with a UK head office and is well respected and well established, with decades of experience in the London property market and an impressive "book" of global contacts. The company is now looking for a new team member who can further develop the Chinese market and maintain this company's position as market leader with Chinese HNW investors. Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for Chinese buyers and the London team; Arrange property viewings and tours; Networking events: you will be attending networking events in order to find potentially new buyers for residential projects in London; Leverage the company's own network of HNW contacts to introduce them to new investment opportunities; Proactively promote new housing developments; Establish successful working relationships with intermediaries (including law firms, investor PA teams, due diligence teams and others) that will help smooth the way to a successful sale. Regular travel to China will be involved; This is a target driven sales role. Requirements Degree educated; Previous property sales background gained in London; Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, some knowledge of Cantonese would be ideal; Available to travel to China regularly Right to work in the UK without restriction.
