Business Development Manager Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic £6,300 car allowance, £110,000 OTE Location: North UK Industry: Smart Parcel Solutions & IoT Working for a global leader in the technology market, our client specialises in a range of IoT, SaaS and infrastructure solutions, in this case, specifically entering the UK market with a range of smart parcel and storage solutions. Operating successfully in both the American and APAC regions, this role will be responsible for growing UK&I market share, leveraging a powerful existing UK presence and being responsible for targeting key customers within the property management and construction market, typically at facilities management and architect level. You will have access to a full pre-sales and post sales function as well as a national network of satellite offices to work from if not on client site. This role is a home based position with key responsibilities as follows: Business Development and successful growth of UK market share Advising and aligning go-to-market strategy to ensure success within the UK market. Liaise with marketing to provide market research and execute brand awareness campaigns Integrate with pre-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration of products Accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting Achievement of an agreed annual revenue target. End-to-end client management from sale to account development Reporting into the commercial director and achieving budget towards a 3 year plan. The experience required for this role is open and centres around a proven, business to business track record, ideally working with clients across the property management, facilities management or construction market. Decision makers include Facilities Director, Lead Architect, Project Director, Facilities Manager, up to C-level for large property management companies and housebuilders. Experience within IoT or a blend of software and hardware solutions would also be highly advantageous.
