Overview
One of the UK's leading mobile products businesses has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team in Stoke on Trent. Formed in 2015, they specialise in the supply of new and used telecommunications and IT equipment, operating globally combining the distribution, recycling, logistics and fulfilment in the mobile products sector. Their 20 years' experience in this sector has allowed them to build strong relationships with the majority of the UK distribution channel and direct with manufacturers, allowing them to have an edge on the market. About the role: Due to growth, they are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help them build up their new and Graded Mobile phone business activities. You will be involved in discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, they'd like to meet you. You will be: Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiating and closing deals and handling complaints or objections Collaborating with team members to achieve better results Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the mobile phone sector or relevant role is a beneficial but not essential Outbound call experience Proficiency in English.
