Overview
My client is a British run and operated specialist in the field of manufacture, design, installation and maintenance of lifts and escalators. They are currently seeking an experienced professional in selling minor repair works to existing and new contacts within their industry. The role for the Repair Sales Consultant will involve; Working closely with Service and Repair Engineers to obtain leads about the completion of minor repairs within existing contracts. Networking, to build and develop a client base to secure orders for both reactive and proactive minor repair sales opportunities. Identification of sales and marketing opportunities. Going out to site from the office to conduct sales and site visits. Obtaining orders and preparation of quotes, reports and tenders. Making meeting minutes. Generating a sales pipeline of opportunities. Being based predominantly at their office based in Kent, with occasional work and site visits taking place primarily within the M25 and Home Counties. To be considered for this position, you will ideally have; Experience in the sale of minor repairs within the lift industry. Familiarity with traction and hydraulic lift products. Strong contract negotiation and account management skills. A full UK driving license. This role will offer; A great basic salary up to £38,000 depending on your experience within this industry.
