Job Description
We are looking for a Samsung Mobile Device Repair Technician to work with in an accredited Samsung volume repair centre in Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire. The Samsung Repair Technician will be responsible for the testing, diagnosis and repair of a daily quota of smart phones, tablets and wearables to Samsungs strict quality standards. The successful candidate will have a great eye for detail with the desire to meet high standards of work and the ability to meet and exceed targets. Organisational skills are essential to meet stringent KPI measures and achieve bonuses. On offer is an attractive salary working with an innovative business where progression within the company is available and encouraged where desired. Flexibility is needed to work overtime when required. Normal working hours are 37.5, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30.
