Overview

The Business Technology firm looking for a high-energy and dynamic Strategic Account Development Representative (SADR). The Job The role will be responsible for servicing inbound sales leads and prospecting existing strategic accounts, with the goal of booking high-quality meetings for the Strategic Account Director. Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities within our existing strategic accounts; with the goal of scheduling demos for the strategic account team. Outbound prospecting to different geographies, departments and teams from our existing strategic accounts list to widen companies reach and upsell opportunity. Interact with prospects from our strategic customers via web chat; answering product questions and scheduling demos for the strategic accounts team. Keeping leads updated in the CRM system at all times. Working with the wider marketing team to improve inbound processes and finding new ways to improve sales performance. Who fits the bill? The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, is highly self-motivated, and process orientated. They will be able to understand how to assess a company’s needs and prioritise the most valuable leads as well as reaching out to new markets within the strategic accounts to identify new opportunities. This is not a silo position. You need to be a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams and work proactively to drive overall sales performance for the strategic account team. The role is office-based (London) and reports into the head of sales. Capability of understanding customer pain points and requirements. Strong and professional communication skills written, verbal, presentation. Confidence to engage with international leads. Attention to detail with the ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company. Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) preferred. A positive attitude with a desire to compete and win EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION University degree or equivalent. 1 year experience in a related B2B industry would be great, not needed.
