3 days field, 2 days in their London office We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join the team and help spread the word this AMAZING company in the Heart of London If you are personable, engaging and tenacious we can teach you everything else you need to know to succeed in this role You’ll support the team by knocking on doors, getting in front of people, owning your patch and engaging customers through your infectious energy. Your territory will be Greater London (Postcodes North of the River) plus Northern Home Counties - Essex/Beds/Bucks/Herts/Oxfordshire etc - although of course as you would expect much of your time will be London based Generating leads and passing them over to sales executives Pipeline generation and driving new business Applying relentless energy to knocking on doors or picking up the phone to set up the sale Engaging prospective customers with our products and driving brand awareness Growing our customer base and opening conversations with new customers Analysing our market database and teasing out the best leads Keeping up to date with developments to your products and sharing customer feedback About You Previous field sales experience is essential for this role Confident, professional and ability to build new relationships with clients Full UK clean driving license Estate Agency experience would be an advantage What you will get OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 Footy Friday’s, weekly yoga, cycling, standing desks Unlimited holiday and flexible time off Extended paternity/maternity leave fully-paid Quarterly team socials, a fun activity that everyone can take part in Friday drinks, what better way to relax and get to know the team than over a few drinks?
