That's what drives us - and the kind of people we want to work with. MAIN JOB PURPOSE Nominet is looking to expand its cyber security business and is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support that growth. You will play a vital role in growing Nominet’s cyber security business unit by supporting the sales team by creating, evaluating and optimising data sets, sales applications and bid response processes in order to ensure efficiency, accuracy and repeatability of our customer engagements and responses. In this role you will be working across all aspects of the business including but not limited to sales, technical, project management office and finance in order to drive the outcome above. Job Summary Ensuring that the most appropriate and relevant solutions for each bid are effectively pulled together from all parts of the business Work closely with the internal sales team and channel partners team to fully understand and capture all requirements and manage handoff points between them Drafting and reviewing bid submission content, ensuring professional language and strong commercial offers to create winning bids Coordinate clarification questions, forwarding to clients and monitoring responses ad enable effective sales performance tracking Ensure all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements Create and maintain a library of text and documents to be used for winning bids, ensuring consistency with Nominet’s values, objectives, goals and adherence to quality standards, taking into account advances in technology Supporting Sales teams with awareness of potential tenders Involvement in the creation, maintenance, and management of the proposal document content and templates Take a proactive approach in researching and responding to relevant tenders Own SalesForce CRM for the Cyber team: Ensure accurate quoting to partners Customisation as required Train sales team in Nominet usage of SalesForce Performance reporting for sales team/ management Key Requirements Excellent communication skills. Particularly the ability to relate Nominet’s capabilities and benefits to customers in the industry in a way that differentiates Nominet’s offerings from competitors. Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to discern 'must have’ market requirements from 'nice to have’ requirements. Must be a collaborative team player with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product development teams. Hands-on approach with customers and a full commitment to customer success Experience in bid response processes and use of potential platforms to support the delivery of such processes Experience in the use and customisation of Salesforce CRM
