The role - Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our exciting and thriving Software Sales division. - This is a very hot seat and you will have roles to work from day one. - Average fee here is £20k all the way up to £50k. - Ability to achieve 4/5 of these per month. - No threshold - Based in Spinningfields. So who are you? - 2-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within Software Sales/IT recruitment. - Proven billings history. - Someone who has a great attitude and work ethic. - Someone with the desire to succeed and earn money. We understand that training, development and a clear progression path are key nowadays which is why we have (if we may say so ourselves) arguably the best training programme in this industry, with our own trainer who supplies you with 1-1 training to get you up and running as a recruiter, refresher sessions as and when you want it as well as weekly group get-together sessions.
