IT Recruitment Consultant Location: London Salary: £25,000 base salary uncapped commission A start-up IT Recruitment Company is looking to invest in growing its business. They are looking for ambitious, highly motivated, self-directed IT recruitment consultants, who wish to realise their potential by playing a central role in building a business from the bottom up with unlimited scope for career progression. The ideal consultant will have already built a presence within the IT resourcing marketplace and have a good understanding of the sector, as well as a wide network of contacts developed through honest and transparent relationships and a 'quality first’ mindset. You will be used to partnering with organisations in both the private and public sectors. Solution-focused in your approach you will operate on a full 360 basis and provide exceptional service to clients, sourcing great candidates that match their specific requirements.
